Directions:
In a pan, place uncooked chicken breasts. Using equal parts diet coke and ketchup fill pan until chicken breasts are covered. Place chopped onions on top of chicken breasts. Cook on low heat for approximately 2 hours. If you use smaller portions of chicken it will take less time.

Food Diary:

Day 3: Summer Goal!
I gave into a few Valentine treats yesterday that included two chocolate covered strawberries and two dove dark chocolates, but other than that feeling pretty good overall.
Today, I have been very strict on my program. My goal is to be 100% meaning 20-30grams of fat. 2 servings of fruit. 2 servings of vegetables. 3 servings of a starch. 2 servings of meat.

Weight Loss Update
Hello Everyone,
Well on Thursday February 2nd I was measured for the first time since October 19th. I lost only 6 inches in those few months. Now I did make it through the holidays and I managed to drop 5 pounds since then, but I am a little frustrated. I feel like I should be in the 170’s right now and not still borderline 200. I started at 218 and currently I am at 199-197...
